Room Set Up
- Carolyn prefers that the audience are seated in "Theatre or Classroom Style" (Banquet rounds or trestles).
- Stage: Appropriate to the size of your audience & event needs.
- Audio & Visual requirements: A cordless Lavaliere microphone for Carolyn to wear and a hand held cordless microphone for roving the audience. (as Audience participation is usually involved)
- Please ensure that the host introducing Carolyn has their own microphone as Carolyn will be ready to take the stage and commence speaking straight away.
- When applicable Carolyn will bring her own laptop computer. Please ensure that there are power extension cords for connection of her computer to a power outlet, connection cord to the sound mixer and a connection cord to the client LCD projector.
- The screen should be the appropriate size for the audience to view.
- A flip chart or white board and markers is always required for audiences of less than 250.
- House lighting: Should be full bright. No spotlight required. However during a powerpoint presentation lighting levels should be slightly dimed.
Signage: Please ensure that the venue is clearly signposted with Carolyn's name and title of her presentation at the entrance.
Introduction speech: Please print Carolyn's introduction from this website.
Products Table: 6 x 4 clothed & skirted trestle with chair, positioned at back of room.
Water Station: Small table set with water pitcher & glass positioned next to Carolyn on stage/or at front of room.
Parking arrangements: Parking passes should be sent in advance of the event, or parking should be arranged before the event.
